Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact store within 5 business days of receipt to initiate a return. The item(s) should be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Clothing items should not be worn. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Please return in original packaging if possible. Shipping costs for returns will not be included in the refund, this will be deducted from the cost.
